I thought about what to create for the Carnival theme, and went with the image someone in a Rio carnival!
I really enjoyed creating this card, i used an image by Sureya,
there are some fabulous images to challenge even the best artist! I
used promarkers to colour the image with some stickles to bling the
image up.
