Its time for Challenge 25 at crafting from the heart, our sponsors this week are:

Offering a prize of 5 digi images
QKR Stampede
and
Offering a prize of 3 digi images

Oak Pond Creations

I used an Oak pond image for this challenge, i am not very good at colouring animals, they are my most dreaded thing to colour.  I tried my best to colour this image the best i could!  I used promarkers to colour this image and i used papers from my stash.

I am going to send this card to Australia for a distant relative, its always nice to receive cards and letters in the post and the person i am sending this to loves animals.

Teacher thank you cards

I was asked to make 3 thank you cards for the end of term for my niece to give to her teachers.  I have just signed up for the skin and hair colouring classes at Kit and Clowder. I have not had too much time to spend on my classes but there are no time limits for the classes (thank goodness!).  I have tried to show shading on  my faces a bit better than i usually do and have invested in some copics which i think i am going to switch to!

The first card i made is using an image from Mo Manning, the image was coloured with Copics for the skin and promarkers for the rest.  I used papers from my stash (it was hard to find papers with some link to school so i picked the only one i could find and i coloured around the papers.

The next 2 cards are for the teaching assistants, the image is saturated canary from fathers day for the first one.

The next card is using a melijen image (even better they had a sale on when i went to buy the image!).

Thank you for looking!

Summer at Just Inspirational Monthly Challenge

The theme for this months challenge is summer, what a fab theme!
For this challenge we have 2 fantastic sponsors:

My card for this challenge was made using an image from time for tea image, i picked this image as it reminded me of my children who are both mad about making daisy chains!  I used bright colours from my stash to keep with the Summer theme (the colours are actually quite bright but for some reason my image is really washed out). The sentiment is an old freebie from TLC.
